We offer specialized therapy for women and men who have experienced infertility, miscarriage, baby loss, and post-partum mental health challenges.  Did you know 7 out of 10 women and 4 out of 10 men experience post-partum mental health changes after baby is born? This includes depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts and difficulty bonding with baby. Symptoms can appear anytime during pregnancy and the first 12 months after childbirth. EMDR

According to EMDRIA, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.  EMDR supports the brain in moving toward its natural tendency and ability to heal itself.  The goal is for the unprocessed traumatic memory to be resolved.

Christian Therapy

Christian therapy combines your faith with the common psychotherapy principles.  Our therapists are specifically trained in inner healing techniques that invite God’s healing into the space of each session.  We believe that God wants to identify the root of trauma, pain, and mental health to shine a light on true healing and wholeness.  There is hope in healing and we invite you to explore this approach with Kati or Lou Ann.
