After many years of my own experiences in therapy—and witnessing firsthand how deeply it can change lives—I felt a growing pull to give back in the same meaningful way I had been supported. Those experiences gently shaped my decision to return to school for a Master of Social Work and pursue the path of becoming a clinical social worker. Today, I feel honored to walk alongside others as they explore their own healing journeys, offering compassionate, person-centered support and a safe space to discover the hope, growth, and possibility that therapy can bring.
As a mom of four, I’m often a mom-taxi and keep busy with the chaos of kids who range in age from six to eighteen. I have been “officially” married to my best friend of 20+ years since 2019, and our family together is everything to me. I am a cozy person with a serious love for the fiber arts, so you can find me spinning, knitting, and stitching in my spare time.
With a background in creative writing, I am a big believer in how stories shape our lives. For me, my story has shaped a journey that has led to connecting with our community to help others find healing. It can be scary to consciously pick up the pen to re-write, shape, and take control of your own story–but I believe the first step to creating change in yourself is to dig deep and learn about your own path to help shape the way forward.
I aim to create space for you and your journey. Come connect with me in a safe place, free of judgment, where you can tackle self-work with support and care. Life transitions can be hard, but you don’t have to go it alone. Whether you’re seeking therapy for support through trying times, want to explore past traumas or persisting struggles, or are curious about what self-growth can look like, I’m excited and honored to be part of your journey.
We’ll begin with a consultation call to see if we’re a good fit for working together. During this conversation, I’ll ask a few gentle, introductory questions so I can better understand you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process.
In our intake session, we’ll take time to clarify your goals and begin shaping a thoughtful path forward together. I view the therapeutic relationship as a sacred space and am deeply committed to creating an environment where you feel truly seen, heard, safe, and respected as you begin this journey.
I’d love to walk alongside you as we explore what’s possible for your journey.
