The fact that you’ve found your way here, in this moment, is meaningful. Choosing to put yourself first and invite someone into your world takes incredible courage. It’s natural to feel a little overwhelmed when you think about beginning your healing journey—but you’ve already taken the first step just by being here. I invite you to keep reading…
My path to counseling began with my own journey of healing through therapy. Along the way, I discovered hope, transformation, and a renewed passion for life. Now, it’s my greatest purpose to help others find that same sense of clarity and joy—a life where you can feel grounded, fulfilled, and completely at home being your authentic self.
I enjoy spending time outdoors gardening, volunteering at an equine assisted learning ranch, working on DIY projects around the house, and quilting with friends. I also appreciate crafting meaningful projects and exploring true crime stories through books and documentaries.
At home, I share life with my husband and our sweet Schnauzer, Charlie, who brings plenty of joy and laughter (and more photos than I can count!).
In my free time, I enjoy connecting with friends over coffee, trying new cuisines, watching great films, and taking advantage of the beautiful hiking opportunities Colorado has to offer.
In true “therapist” fashion, I have to ask: If not now, when?
You have found your way here for a reason. Something inside you—some quiet voice or deep longing—is telling you that now might be the right time to take this step.
There’s nothing to lose and so much to gain… most importantly, the chance to rediscover you!
It is just as simple as it sounds!
I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in discovering the insights and strategies that already exist within you. Together, we take a collaborative approach, exploring your experiences, strengths, and goals to create meaningful, lasting change.
I view therapy as a learning process for both of us—where curiosity, reflection, and experimentation guide the work. By honoring your inherent knowledge of yourself, we develop tools and perspectives that empower you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.
"Comfortable, safe, challenged, fun, and encouraged" are a few words my clients have used to describe their experiences in the therapy room. I strive to create a welcoming and warm environment where you can relax and be yourself.
In our work together we will use trauma-informed approaches like:
You’ve already taken an important step by being here—why not give yourself the chance to take the next one? I understand the fears and doubts that can come with this decision, and yet, here you are, ready to explore the possibility of change.
If this resonates with you, let’s connect and see if we’re a good fit. And if it turns out we’re not, I’ll help guide you to someone who is, so you can begin moving toward a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
That you have landed here, on this page, at this time, is no coincidence. It takes courage to decide to put yourself first and allow another person into your world. It can feel overwhelming to think about engaging in your healing. I encourage you to read on….
What brought me to the counseling field was my own adventure of healing through therapy. I found hope, healing, and passion for life. It is my strongest desire to help others navigate their way to a meaningful life of purpose and joy, where they can comfortably be their most authentic self.
I spend time with my hands in the dirt while gardening, DIY-ing projects around the house, quilting with friends, crafting meaningful projects, and reading/watching true crime.
I also have an adorable Schnauzer named Charlie, who I have more pictures of than should be legal!
As well, I enjoy catching up with friends at local coffee shops, trying new foods, and catching a good movie. And of course, as a Colorado resident, I love hiking around our beautiful state!
In true “therapist” fashion, I am going to ask you, “If not now, when?”
You found the site and you landed here on this page.
Something drew you here and likely, a yearning within you senses "Now is the time".
There is nothing to lose and everything to gain… most importantly, YOU!
Initially, we will meet over the phone for a 15-minute, free consultation where I will ask a few questions about what you are looking for, share with you more about my approaches, and see if we would be a good match.
If you choose to continue, we will schedule an intake appointment and I will send paperwork for you to complete prior to our first meeting.
The first session will include answering questions you have, talking more about what you hope to gain from counseling, and me getting to know you as a complete person.
Don’t worry, if needed, I will ask questions to help guide you through the process. Over the next couple sessions, we will work on developing a treatment plan together including the goals you identify.

I take a collaborative and learning approach to therapy.
I believe you know yourself and I want to hear about the things most meaningful to you, what experiences you have had shaping the person you have become and begin understanding you as a whole person.
As we work together, I will provide you with tools needed to navigate the counseling journey in a meaningful way.
