About Hidden Treasures Therapy

Hidden Treasures Therapy

Founded in 2017 by Kati Saul, Hidden Treasures Therapy is a compassionate, attentive, and experienced therapy practice based in Colorado Springs, CO.

Hidden Treasures Therapy was birthed out of the belief that EVERYONE goes through life’s circumstances, and sometimes we just need the support of another person in the counseling room to find the Hidden Treasures that exist after the pain.

We are an intentionally small group practice that cares about quality, client-focused care. We are timely and responsive when you reach out. We take time to get to know you and create a treatment plan that is specific to your therapeutic needs.

Connecting you with the right therapist...

We will connect you with the therapist that best fits your therapy needs, even if that is someone outside of our practice.

Our team of therapists are all trauma trained including techniques like EMDR, IFS, CBT, and faith-based modalities. The therapy room will feel safe and encouraging to explore the difficult spaces.

We emphasize getting to the “root” of your symptoms and finding the solution so you can feel better and move from "stuck" to feeling "in control" again, allowing you to find healing, hope, and purpose.

Our therapists have experience supporting diverse client populations which means we can help you no matter where you are coming from. We aim to be compassionate, inclusive, and mindful of who you are and what experiences you bring into the space.

We offer a variety of location options including in person, tele-health, and adventure based outdoor therapy. You get to pick where your therapy takes place!

What to expect...

When you reach out, we will set up a free consultation call to see if your therapeutic needs match our therapeutic specialties and approach. If it doesn’t match, we will help pair you with someone who does match your needs.

During the consultation call, our goal is to get any questions you have answered, collect some basic information about what you have been experiencing and for how long, and determine if we are the right fit.

During the intake, you will share your desired goals and outcomes for therapy, and we will share a road map for how we get you there.

The next few sessions we will explore the roots of your symptoms, what relationships have impacted you most, and your internal dialogue patterns aka "self-beliefs".

You will start to feel improvement in symptoms just by giving yourself a space to acknowledge and share what has been going on.

We will move forward and out of "stuck" by processing the root or underlying memories with trauma-informed approaches.

Once memories are desensitized and processed, we utilize an evidence-based approach to help you identify what changes you want to make in your life.

This could include setting and implementing new boundaries, repairing relationships, or deciding you want a career or education change. We will work together to set these goals!
